Dr. Cezar Tolentino is a board certified attending physician in Family Medicine and is also a Faculty Member in the Department of Family Medicine Residency Program at St. Joseph Hospital. His clinical interests include well adult visits, well child visits, hypertension, obesity, asthma, diabetes, heart disease and preventive medicine. First the office told me my appt was at 2:45 when I had three different forms of confirmations that it was at 5:45 so they told me I couldn't be seen, the front desk was extremely rude and I wasn't leaving till I was seen. So of course I had to wait forever based on their error. Saw Dr. Tolentino who was of no help. He just kept asking me the same questions over and over about my problem, didn't explain anything to me, asked me questions that were completely unrelated to the problem so the visit was way over an hour. And in the end he didn't help me at all with my problem, didn't know what to do. It was terrible and I will never go back to that office again.
So very pleasant. He is a very good doctor. He will be our family doctor henceforth.
Dr. Tolentino was very helpful. He explains everything in simple terms, and has a good sense of humor as well.
