Dr. Donald Young MD

Poor bedside manner. Didn't seem very sympathetic to the issue I am having. Very detached.

said he treats sleep disorders. When was called back to confirm my appt i was made to feel as if i was a drug addict looking for a doctor to just right scripts. As someone who has went through the sleep tests and has been diagnosed just was looking for a new local PCP as I am new to the area this was one of the most insulting experiences I have had.

Well Dr. Young was out of the office this week and I was required to see the visiting doctor. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment to complete new patient paperwork. The receptionist didnt actually acknowledge anyone behind her glass window until it was time for the appointment. I waited almost 40 minutes before I actually was given paperwork and well after my scheduled appointment time. They attempted to collect a copay upfront (which was not required) and also called later that afternoon again for copay from the same lady I had a conversation with at reception. Not sure what Dr. Young is like but do not think I will visit this facility in the future.

Dr. Donald was fine. He had many appointments available and did a good job listening to my concerns.

Very good experience . Dr. Young was a caring individual who gave me his complete attention. He has a good balance of listening and questioning skills. Very pleased with the ZocDoc experience overall!
