I tend to get very nervous and tense during a doctor visit. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr.Aldrich and her staff were outstanding! The level of professionalism was off the chart. I can't really describe in words how comfortable my visit was but the best phrase that comes to mind is that I felt important and that my health mattered to Dr. Aldrich and the staff.
The office is not in the best location, however, it is very clean, modern, and comfortable to be in. Dr. Aldrich's nurse is great. She puts you right at ease as she asks the necessary 1st-time patient questions. Dr. Aldrich could not have been better. She took her time with me, never seemed rushed and was very thorough. (Yearly physical) I feel like I have found a family care physician that I am comfortable with...the first in about 10 years! I highly recommend her.
Nurses and staff were great--friendly and professional. They really took the time to address my needs and I didn't feel rushed at all like at some other places. Appointment including paperwork and follow-up all went smoothly.
