He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residencies at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Rush also completed a hand surgery residency at New England Baptist Hospital and a medical oncology residency at Case Western Reserve Hospital.
