Our communities and residents not only deserve great healthcare but a system of convenience. We live in a busy world, and we value the time families want to spend together at home, it shouldn't have to be spent waiting for medical care.
"Dead-side manner" Pushy, lectured me about BP for more than half the appointment when I didn't even come in to see her for that but serious sharp cramps and possible food poisoning. I basically told her to "Write me a prescription then and move on!" Made me try to guess at medical things that I had not tracked because I have been so sick and wouldn't move along to next thing until she pressured me into giving her a number. She was rude to my mother who tried to help answer questions that I didn't know anything about. Gave me a prescription for diarrhea and high BP nothing to help aid cramps. Also, she just assumed I was poor because I said that I didn't have insurance, saying "There are lower class clinics available all over for BP check ups." When in fact I pay cash for all my medical needs and am in no way financially poor. The only reason I said two stars in recommendation is because of all the wonderful other people that where there like Kevin- I think that was his name, that first took all my stats and the other guys at the front desk. I don't recommend going to her unless you are a sick robot. Would like to remind doctor's that we are paying for their services and if we didn't they would be the poor ones, essentially they work for the patient not the other way around and they don't know it all!
Overal experience is great! Dr. Gibbs is excellent and all staff members are nice and helpful....which is definitely appreciated when you don't feel good.
I must say that Dr.Gibbs and her staff are great!!!
