Very friendly guy. This doctor seems to take his job seriously without taking himself too seriously, which makes a patient feel more at ease.

Easy to talk to, thorough, and gives gentle reminders about monitoring your health and preventive care :)

The BEST first visit of my life. I was in and out in one hour after a full check-up, blood work, and exam. Dr. Major was warm but professional, thorough yet efficient. The staff is also friendly enough. What drew me to Dr. Major's practice was reading the great reviews and my experience lived up to my expectations. (Note: I arrived an hour early so my wait time was long, but I was called at exactly my appointment time.)

Though the doctor is very nice, the team lacks professionalism. Moreover the office of the other doctor the team is very inappropriate, sharing conversations that should be discussed more quietly instead of exposing clients to it.

Dr. Major was extremely professional. I was a first time patient that booked at the last minute because I was sick with what turned out to be the flu, and I was able to be seen that morning.

Listens to my concerns and addresses them right away! I never feel like going to see Dr Major could be a waste of time like other places I have been.

It was better than I could ever imagine considering what issues I came in with- It was an ideal Doctor situation! I was relieved at how well it went. What a great experience!

He is great. My only complaint is the paperwork, so to speak, for a new patient. Instead of filling out paper forms, I entered data using an IPad like device, a phresia. It required much more pressure / keystroke than an iPad (I'm writing this review on my iPad) which meant a lot of typos-very frustrating. Then, it took another 20 minutes for thevadmin staff tp verify my coverage and scam my license and insurance card!!! Very annoying.

As I told him it was the best DR visit I have had in a long time. He really took the time to talk to me and explain the everything. I left the appt feeling like my health was in good hands. I hope he keep up the good work.

They were very fast, and cordial. They use an electronic information form and check-in. There was a little delay because the office was extremely busy; however, they moved really quickly once the check-in process was complete.

I am glad for Zocdoc! The office staff was amicable and professional. I enjoyed the registration process with the portable computerized device (Earth friendly!). The assistant who extracted blood made it seem painless and was very nice. Doctor Major was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and thorough with my examination. I did not feel rushed and I felt comfortable asking the doctor questions pertaining to my health. I will be making Doctor Major my primary doctor! Outstanding service and very accommodating to my schedule.

Dr. Major runs a very professional Practice, the staff provided exceptional customer service. Updated software used to generate my information was a great tool and very easy to use. His personality initiates a warm and trusting environment as to compliment the very "family feeling" the practice has by design. I totally reccomend!

Very laid back personality and sense of humour, but clear that he was LISTENING to everything I said and was responsive. I've kept my primary care physician back home Ohio because I return often enough and didn't want to go through the process of finding another doctor. My current under-the-weatherness forced my hand, and I now have a new PCP I don't need to fly home to see!

He is doing best as he could help to figure out what wrongs with my difficulty breathing. Tests show normal and of course he was disappointed because he really wants to find what causes it. He is not giving on me up and he seemly fighting for it and believes in me.

This was the most enjoyable experience I have had when heading to the doctor's office. Dr. Major's staff was very nice and efficient. I was a new patient and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could submit all of my information on a secure handheld computer (similar to an Apple IPAD) and even pay my co-pay using the handheld. It was a breeze and limits the possibility of error on the staff's part. Dr. Major was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I thought he went above and beyond. He certainly has a lifelong patient, and I will gladly refer him to those I know. I stronly recommend Dr. Major and his staff!!
