Dr. Natallia Shotashvili MD

This is the best medical interaction I have had since moving to DC. I had practically giving up on doctors.

Great information , she spent time with me and listened to all of my concerns and adressed them during the visit

Dr. Shotashvili was easy to talk to made me feel very comfortable for the duration of my appt. In addition, both the young ladies that were working the front desk were very friendly and inviting.

I got the new Physicians assistant, and she was just as informative, caring, thoughtful, and professional as the doc herself. Loved how quick, easy, and effective my visit was.

I am very pleased with my visit. The doctor is very friendly, and her staff are quick and accurate. Dr. Shotashvili answered all my questions and addressed all possible concerns. I am glad I have become a patient of this particular practice.

Dr. Shotashvili is nice, but her staff was not. When I got in I was ordered around without so much as a "hello" or "please". After having my height and weight checked, I had a fairly lengthy wait (+15 min) in the patient's room. Dr. Shotashvili's English is very good, but she speaks so quickly it is often challenging to understand what she is saying to you--this left me feeling a little rushed. I like the office because it is right off of the Metro, but may try to find another Dr. with a more welcoming staff.

She was extremely thorough and took the time to hear all of my concerns. I am very happy I found her.

She was absolutely fantastic: understanding, warm, kind, and funny! I'm so happy I've found a doctor in DC that I connect with and as wonderful as she is!

Although I had a bit of a wait at the end of the day, I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the doctor and her staff and the fact that the office is open late enough for me not to have to miss work to get an appointment. I've consistently had good experiences with Dr. Shotasvili; she is responsive, professional, positive, and seems to honestly care for her patients' overall, holistic well-being.

She was very nice, but didn't go into my existing medical problems at all. She did address my concerns for my visit.

I went in for an OB-GYN consult on birth control and was happy that not only were all of my options presented, but Dr. Shotashvilli also explained the differences between all of them and how they worked so that I could make the best decision. I appreciated knowing all of the information so I could make a decision I was comfortable with, rather than simply having a doctor recommend "the pill" without any real discussion, as I've had with previous OB-GYNs.

She was WONDERFUL! She was very knowledgeable, informative, patient, and friendly. I love how punctual the entire office is. I was in and out in 40 minutes (as the first appointment of the day). The office is located in a place accessible by metro and car. It was the best doctor's appointment I've ever had. I'd recommend her to anyone!

The entrance to the office is a little confusing/hard to find but once you get in everything is great! No wait time at all (they even had me come back into the exam room while I filled out my paperwork) and Dr. Shotashvili makes you feel comfortable and informed.

Dr. Shotashvili was great! Thorough (spent over 30 minutes with me) and incredibly patient. I had a pap/gyn exam, which is never fun, but this was the easiest one I'd ever had done.

Dr.Shotashvili was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. She asked many questions to make sure she understood my situation but also to make sure I was aware of what was going on.

The doctor was very rushed and very unhelpful. She was either unwilling to help me with my medical needs (which are pretty simple), or possibly unable - but she didn't explain why, or how I could have it fixed. She delivered test results over the phone with little discussion, and left me feeling confused and upset. After two bad appointments, I found a new doc, and was so amazed by how EASY it was with someone else.

Dr. Shotashvili is an excellent doctor. She was extremely kind and gentle and very professional. I went for my annual physical, so they took blood samples to send to the lab and the the results posted on their website within 3 days (with Dr. Shotashvili's comments). The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I had a very informative and comfortable visit with Dr. Shotashvili. It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment, and renew my prescription as a new patient.

Dr. Shotashvili went above and beyond to help me, even getting on the phone with my insurance company to make sure tests I requested would be covered. She was more helpful than any provider I have seen in the past several years and took copious notes to make sure that her recommendations were considerate of all potential medical issues. Her facility is sparse, and there are no high tech solutions to get blood pressure or anything else, but for a primary care provider she provides exceptional no-frills treatment. Her staff was also very professional and helpful.

I saw Dr. Shotashvili for a ob/gyn exam. She was very friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease.

An amazing doctor!

I had to wait a long time because the office was in the middle of a technology issue and double booked by mistake. They were so apologetic and it doesn't seem like this happens often there, so I will definitely go back and would definitely recommend this office for a primary care physician.

Dr. Shotashvili was wonderful. She saw me immediately, was very informative, and had excellent bedside manner.

She was awesome. So nice and not condescending like (I think) some doctors can be. Smart answers to all my questions, and just totally open and sweet.

She is really efficient and friendly--the physicians assistants/nurses were very on top of everything as well! I had almost no wait (they called me in right as I finished filling out my intro forms) and then were pretty quick once I was in the examining room. Definitely recommend.

The visit went great. Dr. S was very friendly, personable and fast. Although I enjoyed the visit, I'm particular about medications and typically take the holistic approach to my health concerns. Dr. S did not go into detail about any meds she prescribed or any holistic alternatives...

She was very patient, attentive and understanding. Not judgemental and did not rush to get me out of there. I would definitely recomend her.

She was excellent. Very professional. Spent a lot of time with me, and solicited questions at every stage of the appointment. Took time to explain what the routine test I was getting was for, why it was a good idea to get it, and exactly how she would conduct the test. She took the time to do this even though this is a routine test I've had many times before. I spent three times as much time with the doctor in this appointment as I did with other staff, though the other staff was wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

Natallia is incredibly sweet, and really, really informative. Even though I was nervous, she assured me every step of the way, and even sketched out for me what was causing me pain. I've never felt more comfortable with a doctor!

I loved Dr. Shotashvili! She was really thorough in her explanations and stopped frequently to ask if I had questions. I felt like I could ask her anything! The only downside was that she has quite a heavy accent and at times it was difficult to understand what she was saying.

Dr. Shotashvili is great, but under no circumstances should you ever deal with the Rockville location of Comprehensive Primary Care. They bill for totally unnecessary things. Stick to the Woodley Park office.

I thought Dr. Natallia and her staff was extremely nice. The doctor was very paient and answered all my questions. I was there for a gyno vist and she even let my boyfriend sit in on the whole exam and vist which is really nice since he had questions as well. Her staff was also very nice, my insurance was new and when it was time to pay i had a pretty high bill. Her receponist took 15 mins of her time to call my insurance company and i was able to leave without payin a dime. The office even has a nice website where you can check all your lab results and always go on to check your records.

The last time that I saw Dr. Shotashvili there were no appointments open, but they still saw me. I arrived 30 minutes before my actual appointment and was seen right away, I actually left the office before my scheduled appointment :). The service is always super fast, professional, and they take the time to truly listen to your "problems." I am so happy that I found her and have recommended her practice to a few of my friends.

I've doctor-hopped for the past two years and I'm pretty bummed I'm moving from DC because I've finally found a doctor whom I love. For some reason the office is mapped wrong on my GPS taking me to Cleveland Park instead of Woodley Park but the office staff were wonderful when I arrived just before my appointment time. I was seen right away and Dr. Shotashvili is one of the warmest and most attentive doctors I've ever encountered. If anything comes up in the next two months I will definitely go back to this office!

This was the first appointment I arranged with ZocDoc and the first time I went to see a doctor since moving to DC, so I didn't have any expectations and just needed to get some prescriptions. I arrived early; Dr. Shotashvili saw me without a wait, handled the visit professionally and smoothly, made herself available to help with any other questions or issues, and I was on my way in no time. Going to the doctor isn't fun, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The office staff were excellent and Dr. Shotashvili is extremely educational and does a very good job explaining to patients what she is doing. Some doctors do not take extra time to help educate patients, but that is not the case here. She is great!
