Excellent Dr. very knowledgeable good communication

Wait time was a bit too long. Staff was extremely friendly and polite but they were all having some kind of dispute amongst themselves and we could all hear in the waiting room. I think they thought the closed window blocked them out. Other than that, they were professional. The doctor was nice but didn't seem to focus his time and attention on me. He seemed distracted and interested in other patients coming in and I wish he would have spent more time with me. I would see him again though.

Office staff was professional and had me in the office on time. Dr. Pickard was prompt and professional explaining my problem and remidy in an understandible concise way. I would gladly recommend him.

Very professional and knowledgeable

The times of waiting for a doctor to talk at you and not listen to your problems and concerns are over. Dr. Robert Pickard is absolutely amazing. I was greeted by his warm and friendly staff. Dr. Pickard was able to diagnose a lingering problem I have had for the last 6 months by carefully listening to me and asking me questions about my condition. He went over possible treatment plans and allowed me to pick the most convenient one for me. Took his time with me and was extremely thorough. Most doctors love to throw out 15-20 letter words and confuse you; Not Dr. Pickard. He explained everything to me and really helped me understand my condition and how the treatment will combat it. All of that and they even validated my parking :). AMAZING DOCTOR; I WISH THEY WERE ALL LIKE HIM. A+++++

Experienced, quick and professional.

The Dr. is Great... the Staff are fun and very on top of things. Highly recommended. It was a bit of a log jam in the waiting room due in no small part because they took my appointment the same day, but the waiting room cleared quickly and I was seen shortly after sitting in the exam chair. Dr. Pickard was comprehensive and caring and took care of me well. Again, Highly Recommended.
