Dr. “J” as her colleagues know her has been with Southwest Family Medicine Associates for some time now. She comes to us from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she did her residency. She is board certified in Family Medicine and she specializes in managing depression, diabetes, and hypertension.
Dr. Jaiswal really felt that she had found a home to give compassionate care to those who are really in need. She is a member of many medical organizations including Dallas County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, and American Medical Association to name a few.
On a personal note Dr. Jaiswal is married to Vilkesh who is a staff pathologist at Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.She is especially enjoying motherhood with her two daughters Aarushi and Anaya.

Not sure why, because there was nobody in the waiting room when I arrived... but my appointment was for 2:15 and I only left her office at about 4:30. Dr. J was the first and only doctor that has ever taken the time to listen to my problem - medically related or not. She called me out on issues that I knew I suffered from, which was only refreshing because not ONCE has a doctor ever made a point of it. She is thorough and friendly. Seemed to genuinely care - and this was my first time ever meeting her. I'm new to the area and looking for Doctors (I'm used to frequently changing mine based on how far from my office they were. There is no doubt that I will definitely keep her as my main PCP.
