Dr. Stephanie Roberts MD

I arrived about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After that was finished, they took me right into the next room. A few minutes later, Dr. Roberts entered, assessed the situation, diagnosed it, walked me to the payment area with my prescriptions, and I was done! Quick, simple, and painless!

Efficient.

Showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, etc. and give them a chance to make sure everything was in order. They didn't call my insurance company to verify until 10 minutes after my appointment time. Didn't get into the room until 25 mins after my appointment time. All in all, it was a short visit, and I got what I came for- a prescription and verification of my illness. All in all, it was a good experience, if on the slow side, and a little sterile.

She was okay, but her front desk staff were rude, unsympathetic and extremely short. Not a pleasant experience overall, but that is based mostly on her staff and not Dr. Roberts herself.

Dr Roberts was very efficient during the physical - she seemed very knowledgable and professional.

Was professional and thorough and generally gave off an aura of competence that gave me a lot of confidence in her abilities.

Professional demeanor. Listened to questions and answered straightforwardly and sensitvely.

Very unprofessional. Doctor and assistants discussed private patient information in front of other patients. Didn't have basic tools to run simple tests. There was constant yelling by everyone in the office. Dr. Roberts barely looked awake, she seemed very out of it--not what you want in a doctor.

The visit was rushed, long wait time with no explanation, the receptionist had to call me a couple of time to verify my insurance information and it turned out it was correct the whole time. Everyone in the office looked miserable.
