The wait was extremely long, but my interaction with the doctor was very positive. Wait time: I arrived around 4 for my 4:15 appointment. They asked me to sit down without paperwork. Around 4:30 I proactively asked about my appointment and was told "5 or 10 minutes." At 5:25 I finally saw the assistant to go through basic medical questions, but then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to see the doctor. I think it is just not very organized with the appointment times and flow of people traffic, so you may need to be proactive about reminding them of your wait. Doctor: When I finally met the doctor it was an extremely positive interaction. He was patient in listening to me and gathering details (and apologizing for the wait), and then provided several solutions with the pros, cons, and side effects of each. I would recommend the doctor, just do not plan on scheduling anything immediately afterwards.

A very well organized process. The doctor took their time and had a very approachable and considerate manner. I feel very satisfied with this visit.

Dr. Nusinovich and his staff were friendly and welcoming; the wait was a little longer than anticipated but I was a first time patient and they had to verify my insurance. Overall, my visit was good. I was in and out in under an hour, and they even emailed my prescription to my preferred pharmacy, and it was ready when I arrived. I would definitely return.
