Practice Statement

Dr. Kubicki is the Director of Excel Eyecare Professionals LLC. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Dr. Kubicki then earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where he had graduated Cum Laude. While attending the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr Kubicki had received ... numerous academic and clinical awards recognizing his dedication and hard work pursuing his career in the field of optometry. Dr Kubicki was the President of the Private Practice society and a member of numerous student-volunteer clubs. He was also inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric honor fraternity and the Tomb and Key honor society.

Dr. Kubicki is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the Illinois Optometric Association (IOA), and the American Optometric Association-Political Action Committee (AOA-PAC). His clinical interests include specialty contact lens fitting, anterior segment disease, and laser vision correction. Dr. Kubicki is dedicated to providing "Life-Enhancing" vision care and is passionate about his mission to make Excel Eyecare Professionals a leader in providing comprehensive eyecare to all its patients.
